At Ronex Sports, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, our refunds and returns policy provides you with the opportunity to return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

30-Day Refund and Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

• Once your return is authorized, send the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to request an exchange authorization. Once your exchange is authorized, send the item back to us, and we will send you the replacement item upon receipt and inspection of the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Customizable clothes that have been personalized.
• Gift cards.
• Some health and personal care items.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
